qaul is a privacy-preserving, internet-independent, off-the-grid, delay-tolerant P2P mesh messenger for emergency and everyday use without always-on cloud relays. Configurable, verifiable channels support open discussions, trusted information feeds, distributed spam protection, and local-network protection, with onboarding aimed at people joining a nearby mesh for the first time.
